Information you give us
If you send an appointment request, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, whether you are a new or returning patient, and the days and times that suit you. We use it only to contact you and schedule your visit. Please do not include health details in the form; we will discuss your needs by phone.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It sets cookies and receives information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. Advertising features are switched off, and nothing you type into a form is sent to it. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely and counts visits without cookies.
Your choices
Use Your privacy choices at the bottom of any page to turn Google Analytics off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
